The Court confirmed the legality of revoking licenses from VIP-banka
September 24, 2004 – 10:33 pmThe Moscow Arbitration Court of Appeal No. 9 confirmed the legality of the licenses revoked VIP-banka, whose chairman Alexei Frenkel is charged with organizing the first killing of Deputy TSB Russia Andrei Kozlov. Thus, the court rejected an appeal against the three companies – Bank shareholders.
Remind VIP-bank lost license June 16, 2006. In TSB said that the bank had admitted breaches of the Prevention of Money criminal proceeds, including those sent in late Rosfinmonitoring report transactions subject to compulsory monitoring.
