Indian diet
Indian diet involves daily consumption of the following products:

1) two or three vegetables (raw or dried during meals, as well as before and after);

2), raw vegetables, seasoned with sauce on the basis of natural yogurt, 20-percent cottage cheese, seaweed with soy;

3), cooked vegetables, cooked in the cooker (both stored vitamins and minerals), as at least for lunch or dinner. Do not forget about soups – hot or cold;

4) dishes from cereals. Do not abuse the direct product of the grains (bread, rice, pasta);

5), three dairy products: poluobezzhirennaya clabber, natural yogurt, cottage cheese;

6) nuts (almonds, forest walnut, hazelnut, sunflower seeds, sesame).

Sample menus for the day

Breakfast : juice from fresh fruits or vegetables, tea (with a slice of lemon or with milk but without sugar), grains with a cup of skim milk.

Lunch: salad of cucumbers with yoghurt sauce and some sesame seeds, rice dish with lentils (three parts rice to one part lentils), and boiled carrots or mannoy dish meals with beans and vegetables, or portion of a 20 per cent cream and fresh fruit salad.

Dinner: salad with soy sprouts, tomatoes + Vegetables and mushroom casserole with a slice of village bread and two eggs cooked in the bag of spinach and a slice of toast or steak with soy vegetable cutlet + natural yoghurt and apple compote.
