10 rules of healthy life
With increasing rates of obesity and the alarming spread of a passive lifestyle among Canadians, the relevance of health control has never been so important for the country. Experts of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association called inhabitants of the country in the coming year to make a meaningful and long-term changes in lifestyle and particularly in physical activity. To promote these goals specialists amounted to 10 rules, which should help support the health of the nation, says AMI-TASS.

1. Move – to get used to the exercises, which include activities to improve the cardiovascular system, strengthening muscles and bone tissue, relieve stress and improve physical endurance.

2. Force the move of your children – they need 90 minutes of physical activity every day. At least 30 minutes must devote aerobic exercise. Serve them an example and fond of sports – obesity is the most serious threat to the health of current children and youth.

3. Play with your children in safe locations and to avoid injuries: all kinds of sports and active games that carry the risk of head injury should include a special protective equipment. Physiologists advised to warm up the body of a light warm-up before exercise, and then cooled in order to avoid muscle strains.

4. Sit up straight while working at the computer, keep your back straight, take breaks and get up from his chair, to walk around the office.

5. Be realistic when setting goals for lifestyle changes and weight loss: if you expect to achieve good results too quickly, you pre-configure itself to failure.

6. Start physical activity slowly and gradually: if you have not engaged in charging, excessive loads can only harm the body.

7. Choose the type of sport that brings you joy, then you are more likely to engage them longer and on a regular basis.

8. Enlist the support of family, friends and the attending doctor – they will give you additional incentives to achieve success.

9. Record progress of physical training and highlights.

10. Make a gift every time the sport has been achieved, but not reward yourself yum-yum, which will bring “out” all of your accomplishments.
